What I'm Doing . . .

I currently am entering every meal I eat into a program that calculates my caloric intake. I am also exercising in the gym at my work. I am also watching what I eat at home. I'm going to rock it. Oh . . . and I'm golfing.

My Weight Loss Goal

This is the story of a man named Travis. His goal is to lose 100 lbs in 4 months. The pictures were taken for two reasons: 1 - motivation, 2 - proof. (motivation, motivation, motivation)
